Acceptable Methods of Payment
Presently payment methods available with relaptop.in are through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, e-wallets, UPI, and Net banking only. As and when other methods will be incorporated, the same would be updated here as well. Your Credit/Debit card information remains private and confidential. We accept all VISA & Master Cards– only Indian cards, as international cards would not be supported. You will have to enter your 16-digit Credit/Debit card number and the 3-digit CVV (Card Verification Value) code which is at the back of your card and complete the payment.

With a view of making Online shopping safer, the Reserve Bank of India has made it mandatory, from 1st August 2010 onwards, for all transactions to have an extra level of authentication. The “extra level” is a password which you will have to enter after entering your Credit Card/ Debit Card details while making an online payment. This technology is called Verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code). You will have to log onto your bank’s website for registration and each bank has its own process for registration.

All offer prices on all2all.in are all inclusive; there are no hidden charges whatsoever. You have to only pay the offer price that you see on our product page next to the specific product image.
Orders
After placing your valued order and making the payment, we would not be able to make any changes in the same. Also combining or adding orders once they have been placed would not be possible. Post shipment of your products, orders cannot be cancelled at all. In the event of non-delivery occurred due to your mistake (wrong name, address or any other wrong information), relaptop.in would incur an extra cost for re-delivery and the same would be claimed from you.
Any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price may be cancelled. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed, the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.
Demonstration & Installation
Demonstration is provided by the manufacturing company and is provided on certain products only, in case of further clarifications, we would request to contact us on +91 981 8820 411 or email us on info@all2all.in and we will be happy to clarify on the same. After delivery/receipt of product, the demonstration, if applicable, would happen after minimum 4 business days. Only the first demonstration would be on a complimentary basis.
Returns and Refunds
all2all.in makes every effort to service the orders placed with them, as per the specification and delivery timelines mentioned against each product. As a policy, we request you to kindly check the product and the accessories while accepting the delivery. In case of any discrepancies, kindly bring it to our notice before accepting delivery by calling us on +91 9818820411or email us on info@all2all.in . After acceptance of delivery of the product, all2all.in cancellation free of charge on Cash on Delivery orders. In case of prepaid order, a charge of 3% will be applied & refund shall be made within 24-48 hours.
Once delivery is made and product is kept packed unused & customer wants to return, we shall accept return within 24hrs of receipt of order in this case Cancellation charge of 3% will be applicable and we shall initiate refund post receipt of product within 24-48 hours.
Please Note In this case product should not have been unboxed. Moreover, it shall be at our discretion that we accept or not.
After sales service is provided by the authorized service centers of the respective manufacturing companies. For product service requirement, kindly contact us on the above-mentioned details for the same.
For any product/service available on sale on relaptop.in , the company does not assume any liability. relaptop.in is only in the business of providing products/services from manufacturers to customers at the destination of their choice in Delhi NCR.

If customer cancelled his/her order (Paid), then ALL2ALL.in If the mode of refund is by Credit Card , please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet/ debit card/ Net banking/ UPI/ COD, credit should be available within 24-48 hours.
